Hey, I'm sorry to mislead you to, but it turned out that James said "that thing" during a cocktail party, not during Q&As. People mention it here

Well after listening to the whole thing, I realised that. *g* But there was some brilliant stuff in the Q&A (including something that someone will *have* to make an icon of), so I'm still very grateful. And more links! Yay! :D
